How many of you have ‘Lucid Dreams’ -Do you know sites where one can read about the phenomena?

I dream every night and remember them. They become lucid, which means I realise, am aware that I am dreaming and can choose to end it or see it through. If it is scary I am capable of telling myself that it is only a dream and let it run. Once the dream becomes lucid I can choose what I want to do or where I want to go. I fly very often. I sometimes dream of my mother that passed away many years ago, and I freeze her in the dream like one does with a video, so that I can stare in awe at each and every part of her familiar face.

You described your dreams, but you haven't indicated whether or not you enjoy them. I have very lucid dreams, and I do know that I'm dreaming or imagining things in my sleep; but I have also received dreams or "messages" that have truly been life-saving. If the dreams do not bother you, let them come through. As you said, you can choose to watch it or not. Personally, I have noted that when my dreams are "in color", they always come true. Watch out for these, and warn those who you dream about in color that they are potentially in danger. Even if they think you're crazy, let them know that you had a dream where they were in danger and give them as much detail as you can. You will probably find that you were very accurate about their planned activities for that day. Take care, and don't worry. You were blessed with a rare gift.

Reply:This is very beautiful...

I never imagined this could ever happen or even be true...

Oh my Cod....I wish I were like you...!!!

Anyways...I am not an expert on this, nor am I trying to guess, but I think you are a person with much of a Self-Control over almost everything you do or get confronted with in your life...

You can very much distinguish between what is reality and what is not....I mean in your day life time...

You have much of self-peacefulness %26amp; peace of mind on what you do at all times...

You are simply sleeping in body, but your brain does not really go to sleep with you...It is on ALERT STATE...

You are truely amazing with this phenomenon, and would really like to hear some more from you about it...

Please write to me if you would... This requires that I send you my Personal E Mail..or that you select me for a Best Answer and pass your E Mail to me; even though I know my answer is stupid %26amp; maybe not related at all...

I really envy you...

How do you like it anyway ???

But don't tell me you hate it....pleeeeeeeeeeeezzz
Reply:I wish I could do what you did with your mothers face. I don't remember dreams and I have already forgotten her voice.
Reply:sounds like you've got a lot on your mind. are you really busy? keep yourself thinking and busy all the time? take some time out for yourself.

relax.

take some time to do nothing. do something that doesn't use ur brain.

release your thoughts. think about what you keep thinking about at night. allow yourself to sleep thru the night. you remember your dreams because you are waken during the dream, and then apparently, you go back to sleep, which allows you to "control" what you dream about. this means you're not getting sufficient rest. your body needs to rest and recooperate (excuse the spelling, if it's wrong).

good luck.
Reply:Probably a site like http://www.ihadadreamlastnight.com will help you out. There is a lot of content regarding dreams there
