Hi. I am a 25 yr old white female (i have no children) but live with my parents. i get abused by my brother who lives here (punched in the face, kicked, choked). i am trying to move to st. louis. but dont have no job or any money. can i please have the names of any shelters or anywhere that would possibly take me in until i can get a job. finding a job for me should be easy but i have no where to stay until then. i have no family or friends in my life that can or will help!!! i hope you can help. names of places and phone numbers would be helpful!!! thanks for your help!!!

Reply:I think the list that Tom H just have you is awesome. I know this sounds simple and obvious, but I would contact the police and fire departments directly because they have more contact with these types of places and it might be less of a hassle then trying to call around yourself.
