Should I make a move on this guy I like but dont know?

There is this guy I like but I dont know him, we've been making eye contact and checking each other out for ages, but nothing has happened yet. I'd like to get to know him, but I dont know how to approach him. I dont think he will talk to me first because he's been looking at me for 4 months and still hasn't done anything. I don't think he has a gf.


But I dont know whether he actually likes me or not, or whether he's just looking because I constantly have something on my face or look familiar to him maybe =\


Should I smile at him if we have eye contact again? and wink or something? I did try to smile at him once but I dont think he realised. It was embarrasing

Or tell a him a story (preferrably true but make one up if you want) and ask if he's ever heard of anything like that. Like this "hey, I'm doing a poll" tell the story, get one from the internet if you have to "is that crazy or what?"

Reply:Lolzz....whatever you said was same as my problem but he was strong enough to smile and me and come talk to me.Though we used to have eye contacts for a long time then he started to smile at me and he was very sweet.He then came and talk to me and gave me his number.Everything was going kool untill i found out that he already had 2 girlfriends......yeah i was heart broking cause i really liked this guy but anyways,im sure he likes you but he just shy to talk to you go talk to him in class or something.Good Luck!!!
Reply:I think you should find out if anyone you know, knows him. Find out his name, where he's from, what he likes, etc. Then be brave and say hi next time he looks at you. You're never gonna get to be with him if you don't talk to him. He's obviously to shy to talk to you first, so you have to do it. Then if you have time introduce yourself and exchange phone numbers!!
