Are Ron Paul and Marshall Applewhite related?

I had been looking at a picture I had seen of Ron Paul and some thing looked very familiar about his face. Then it came to me, Heaven’s gate!





He looked just like Marshall Applewhite; I pulled up a picture and looked at them closely. Both have the same ears, similar brows, eyes, nose and mouth shape.

Obviously it is not a perfect match, but I stare at faces all day and rarely see faces that remind me so blatantly of each other like these two.





I think it is nearly a perfect match, I asked some friends and several agreed with me, and the few who disagreed said there did look like there was a vague family resemblance.

I don't really see the resemblance. Applewhite had those crazy eyes (you can see it in your picture of him) that bugged out of his skull when he talked. Ron Paul has more of a used car salesman smile about him than crazy eyes. Though I do agree they seem to be attracting a lot of people out of the same general pool.

Are Ron Paul's followers wearing new Nikes and making a special batch of Kool Aid, too?
Reply:He is related to Ross Perot and Ralph Nader...in other words he has no chance of winning anything.
Reply:I see no resemblance at all. Applewhite has longer thinner eyebrows, beadier eyes, a longer nose, and longer ears that stick out more.





Bout the only thing they have that's similar, is their forehead and the fact that they're both white men.
